What It Is

CPD Vault transforms patient encounters documented through ClinixSummary into structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) modules. Instead of logging hours separately, your clinical work generates learning reflections automatically.

Each module includes: the de-identified clinical scenario, a structured reflection prompt, key learning points extracted by AI, and links to relevant guidelines or literature. The output is formatted to meet GMC, Royal College, and international CPD submission requirements.

Example Output

Case: 58yo male, atypical chest pain, troponin negative
Learning Point: Risk stratification in low-risk ACS
Reflection: HEART score application and discharge planning
Reference: ESC 2023 ACS Guidelines, Section 4.2
Credits: 0.5 CPD hours (Internal Medicine)

Who It's For

Designed for clinicians who want CPD to reflect real practice, not checkbox exercises

Hospital Doctors

Junior doctors and consultants maintaining GMC revalidation requirements while managing high patient volumes. CPD generated from ward rounds and clinic sessions.

GPs & Primary Care

General practitioners fulfilling RCGP CPD requirements. Each consultation can generate reflection credits across multiple clinical domains.

International Medical Graduates

IMGs building UK practice portfolios and demonstrating ongoing learning for equivalency pathways. Structured evidence that maps to GMC requirements.

How It Works

From patient encounter to CPD credit in four steps

1

Document

Use ClinixSummary to capture your clinical encounter as usual. The AI generates structured notes from your dictation.

2

Flag

Mark encounters with learning value-unusual presentations, diagnostic challenges, or cases where guidelines informed your decision.

3

Generate

CPD Vault extracts learning points, matches to guidelines, and creates a reflection template pre-filled with clinical context.

4

Export

Download CPD entries in formats accepted by GMC, Royal Colleges, and international bodies. Track cumulative hours by category.
